I do my best work behind the scenes. From early strategy to final execution, I focus on clarity, consistency, and building systems that support long-term growth. I love turning the messy, complicated parts of a business into something clean, repeatable, and easy for a team to run.
I got my start in church production, learning the fundamentals of audio, video, and live events. Over time I grew into leading and running production for the entire church — managing systems, teams, and execution end to end. It's where I first learned to build things that hold up under real pressure.
I serve on the board of the Warrior Revival Project, supporting its mission through strategy, leadership, and systems thinking. Being part of the organization lets me contribute to meaningful impact well beyond business and creative work — helping people heal, rebuild, and reconnect with their strength.
I've helped build multiple brands from the ground up by pairing clear strategy with strong systems. My focus is always on creating solid foundations that support growth, efficiency, and long-term scalability — so a business is built to last, not just to launch.
Going on tour with David and Tamela Mann kicked off my career in professional production. That experience pushed me to operate at a high level, taught me how to perform when everything has to go right, and opened the door to the opportunities that shaped my path.
Today I wear a few hats: consultant to small businesses, General Manager of AMS Events, advisor to CP2 Logistics, and co-founder of AXIS Creative Co. Different industries, same focus — helping each one run on clear systems instead of constant heroics.
